Stefanie Gonzales

My name is Stefanie, I am a certified lymphatic therapist and I always envisioned myself as a hands-on healer. I wanted to become a massage therapist but put it on the back burner and joined the corporate world. I worked as an advocate for social security disability and spent time rehabbing patients from alcohol, opioids, and drugs. As rewarding as that was, my heart still was not full.

I became a licensed massage therapist and instantly figured out that this was my passion. I was intrigued at what my hands could do and what touch could do to the body. The healing power of touch inspired me to learn and educate myself to achieve more goals in my life and I wanted to share that with others.

I was fascinated by lymphatic massage and how gentle touch and skin stretching could heal the body in ways I didn’t know. The techniques I learned in massage school could be combined with lymphatic massage to promote general wellness and help aid in pre and post op care. That is when I knew I was called to do something greater.

I am passionate about holistic and healing care. I hope to bring that to my clients, as well as a safe and positive healthy mental space to overcome obstacles and achieve what the body was meant to do.
