I have over 20yrs of experience as a licensed massage therapist and believe that we never stop learning! I have a passion for building my “toolbox” because no two people are the same. My experience is in medical, chiropractic, and spa settings.

Chiropractic massage was my first passion and as a young therapist, I wanted to help people with their pain especially ones with migraines since as young child I have experienced this myself. With regular adjustments and a strong focus on massage therapy, I have experienced great relief and have added these therapies to my “toolbox”.

Once I discovered lymphatic massage my passion began and is what I enjoy doing daily! I loved learning how the lymphatic systems can help us heal. During my time performing Lymphatic Massage I developed a love for pre-and post-operative care wanting to help people achieve their outward beauty that matches their inward beauty.

As a caring and knowledgeable therapist my goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment with a positive impact on all my client’s health and support them in their wellness journey.
